The day will give you an insight into the potential for complementary therapies in general and Reflexology in particular. It will help you to understand how many people, while not actually ill, never seem to feel really well. We will examine the reasons for this and the potential for complementary practitioners in general and Reflexologists in particular to help bring people closer to a state of real wellness.
There will be the opportunity to look at the way you both live and work. How your health is affected by these and other facets of your life. You will see how reflexology can help to redress the imbalances in your body’s energy flow and through this you will begin to see the enormous potential for this gentle healing therapy, not only in your own life but in healthcare, home and work situations.
We will spend the day exploring the course, what it entails and what is required of students, you will also take the first steps in understanding the enormous potential for Reflexology as a therapy and for yourself as a Reflexologist. You will get the opportunity to have a treatment from one of the students nearing the end of the course.
