Bach Flower Courses
Philip Salmon and Anna Jeoffroy have been holistic practitioners for many years and have introduced their Reflexology Students to Dr Bach’s Flower Essences as a tool for them to manage the emotional ups and downs that get in the way of the development of many aspiring therapists.
Early in the 1990’s they began to work with the remedies paying particular attention to the groups that Dr Bach organized the essences into. They became more and more convinced these groups relate to the chakras. Out of this work they developed their book Dr Bach’s Flower Remedies – tapping into positive emotional qualities of the chakras – available from Amazon
They have now joined forces with the ‘Bach Flower Educational Foundation’ to teach a Bach Essence programme at Ainsworths new centre in Welbeck Street London W1.
The courses are available as 3 levels progressing after the third level and homestudy and case study modules to a professional qualification.
Anna is now designing a combination Essence each month that she will be introducing customers to at Ainsworths Pharmacy.
In February she had an essence for Valentines Day which was very popular and and is still selling well for affairs of the heart! Named ‘Heart’ combination essence it is available from the pharmacy or by phone on 020 7935 5330.
The essence for March was ‘Spring Clean’ designed to help and support anyone deciding to do a spring detox, this was followed by 'New Beginnings' in April and 'Trust' in May. June /July followed with 'Abundance'and her August essence soon to be available is 'Chill' Most are available from Ainsworths at £10 for a 30ml bottle. Please ring 020 7935 5330. SEPTEMBER NEWS LETTER
I hate to state the obvious – but it is nearly upon us! Yes the school holidays are now over. I know this will be greeted with mixed emotions by many of you and I am sure we are all hoping that it does not necessarily herald the end of the warm if not hot weather.
I know many of you have already done the Bach Course we run at Ainsworths – but please feel free to forward this information to anyone you know with kids of school age. I am concerned that as thousands of children are going back to school, their experience over the next few weeks could be dramatically improved with the help of appropriate essences.
For instance those embarking on their GCSE or A’ level years may find taking Larch a huge help in not feeling overwhelmed with the amount of work. For those that have had a difficult experience in the past perhaps Chestnut Bud will ensure the same does not repeat itself. If children are intimidated by others then perhaps Elm will help to build their confidence.
These are just a few suggestions – our next Bach, while still covering all the basics will systematically highlight numerous ways that Dr Bach’s 38 essences can help children to feel as confident, safe and happy in the months ahead at school.
